SRI Mentor Program
All about learning
The mentor program is intended to connect McGill undergards with seniors or graduate students at McGill to get a better understanding of what research is about.
1 on 1 mentorship
Students will have the opportunity to be matched up for one semester with a successful and experienced mentor who can provide valuable advice on finding a research position, their experiences, and what a career in research entails.
The success of the exchange depends on commitment from both sides
The interaction between mentees and mentors is flexible and can be as convenient as email exchanges only or casual meetings. The mentor system is not meant to be a research placement for students, but simply an opportunity for students looking to learn more about research.
